What you will be doing Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as conducting business development calls to win new business. Develop a client portfolio, understand their needs and support their business. Provide consultative information to clients to ensure they are using the best strategies for finding the right candidates for their business Candidate engagement, identify and attract potential candidates Interview candidates to understand their requirements and best client fit. Support both client and candidates through the interview and offer stage. What you will have Experience in a heavily customer client focused ideally business development role. The ability to build great rapport. Resilience and self motivation. A track record of success in a previous role.
