Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Stroud

Administrator required to help support local oil and gas engineering teams by placing and coordinating requisitioning and procurement activities.

 

Key skills

Bachelors in Supply Chain or Business related subjects or equivalent experience using SAP ERP systems.

Experience in similar role working in fast-paced environment

MS Office proficient

 

Responsibilities

Liaising with Shopping Cart requesters/ warehouse to ensure items are receipted accordingly.

Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing documents, reports, and correspondence.

Maintaining local indirect procurement accounts and the creation of new users

Follow up and resolution of unpaid invoices and provide PO release cover where needed.
