| This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawtenstall for a Mot Tester at F1 Mot Centre. The Mot Tester will be responsible for conducting MOT inspections on vehicles in compliance with the UK road safety standards. Responsibilities include performing safety inspections and brake checks, identifying defects and potential problems, providing accurate and detailed reports of inspection findings, and ensuring all inspections are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications Experience in a similar role, with previous MOT testing experience Valid MOT Tester License (class 4 & 7) from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and issues with vehicles Strong knowledge of UK road safety standards and regulations, as well as vehicle maintenance and repair Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work on Saturdays |
