Customer Service Specialist (Healthcare)

Join our network of community pharmacies. With over 300 locations and a rapidly expanding patient base. We're seeking a skilled Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You'll blend technical knowledge with customer service to resolve issues, enhance experiences, and support product improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Serve as the main contact for customer support, handling technical issues via phone, email, and chat.

Guide customers through onboarding and product updates.

Track and manage issues, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure smooth operations.

Follow up on customer feedback, improve support processes, and manage service escalations.

Recommend product enhancements based on customer insights.

Create and maintain technical documentation and support resources.

 

Requirements:

 

Degree in a technical field.

At least one year of experience in technical customer service.

Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and writing skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

SQL and programming experience is a plus.
